A Year-Long Celebration of Belonging
“Everyone Is a Star” is Visions' year-round community engagement and corporate partnership campaign, built on a simple conviction: that every person — regardless of ability — deserves to be seen, celebrated, and connected to the community they are part of.
The campaign began in July at colburn park in Lebanon. It builds through the fall. And on Saturday, November 14, it arrives at its brightest moment — our inaugural Dancing with the Stars Dance Party, where residents, families, staff, partners, and neighbors walk the red carpet together.
For our partners, this is not a single transaction. It is a sustained, visible, values-aligned way to advance a commitment to disability inclusion and community belonging across the full arc of the year.

Imagine stepping onto a red carpet lined with paparazzi. The flash of cameras. A step-and-repeat backdrop. A room alive with music, laughter, and the joy of community. This is not an event you attend — it is an experience you become part of.
Our residents are the stars of this evening, and every single guest walks the red carpet, dances the night away, and leaves knowing they were part of something extraordinary. Community leaders, business partners, neighbors, families, friends — everyone is a VIP. Everyone gets their star moment.
Held every year on the second Saturday of November, this is where our tradition begins.
