Envisioning a world where people with disabilities are fully engaged members of our community.

Mission

The mission of Visions for Creative Housing Solutions is to provide supported housing and community engagement opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.

Our core services: · 24/7 person-centered support tailored to individual goals · In-house preparation of nutritious meals with resident involvement · Coordination of mental and physical healthcare, including support with medication and appointments · Job coaching and support for employment and volunteering · Community engagement through arts, faith, recreation, and social outings · Strong family partnerships and opportunities for connection · Safe, inclusive housing that promotes dignity, independence, and belonging

"For us, the parents and legal guardians of a 32-year-old developmentally delayed daughter, Visions provides THE answer to the question: who will care for her when we no longer can? But it's much more than just providing permanent and safe housing. Visions provides a positive, affirmative, and engaging community of a small group of other residents, dedicated and well-trained staff, and a stable organization that has successfully become a part of the Upper Valley region.”

Disability Justice Day 2026, video by Kyle Koehler

Disability Justice Day 2026 was such a celebratory occasion! Begun in 2024 in partnership with the City of Lebanon’s Recreation, Arts, and Parks Department, Disability Justice Day was originally a recognition of Visions’ 10th Anniversary. Then Mayor Tim McNamara issued a Disability Justice Day Proclamation, recognizing the contributions of Visions and affirming the City’s commitment to disability justice and inclusion. Disability Justice Day has now become an annual celebration on the third Thursday in July in Colburn Park, bringing together people with disabilities and nonprofits from throughout our region to celebrate the anniversary of the ADA, disability pride, rights, and inclusion.
